I wouldn't know who has the longest out of the guys anymore. Think mines around ten inches at the longest point If it helps, though it would probably be longer if I didn't have to keep cutting off the dead.

Pfft, I can grow my own hair. I don't need to be spending hundred of dollars to put in extensions. I can't even afford to get it dyed. Hell, I haven't even had it cut in like a year.

I think it's less about not being able to grow it, it's more about not wanting to take the years to get it as long as what you have there. They want to try it out immediately.

Public perception of the company. If someone sees it and disagrees with that lifestyle, the company may lose business. It's not whether or not people will be offended, it's how many and can the company afford the loss of business. Most of the time it's easier to say "No colorful hair or extreme hairstyles and hide your tats and "uncommon" piercings."
