Not to mention if someone is a 'mass murderer' it's HIGHLY unlikely that it's manslaughter! (seriously who is SO reckless that they kill more than one person be accident?)

(just for reference =

- Manslaughter - When someone is killed without intent, or deemed to be accidental. eg - you run someone over without seeing them until you see them go up your windscreen, and stopping to report, and admitting that you killed the guy, and there are witnesses to the accident.

- Murder - When someone is killed with intent, or if the law see the crime this way. Borderline (in UK) would be stabbing a burglar that is in your house.)

I suppose the only way the two can really cross over is if you kill someone out of self defense...

nope thats a whole diffrent ketel of fish its still manslaughter but at the same time the sentance is reduced because it was self defence if you can prove it with evidence you will still go to jail for at the most of three years say if it was a kiliing that was like mutilpull stab wounds that you made its still man slauhter but if you say reder the man or woman defenceless and harmless and call a ambulence and police you can get off nearly scot free
