Alright alright, I wasn't saying we SHOULD change the name, I'm saying its an option.

@Killer, the triple posting rule will stand, but we'll add some exceptions for it.

Don't bother with a name change, but possibly when it comes to making your banners and such, have that as just Ex-RPG. Its not a namechange as such, it'll just leave your designing a little more open to ideas

Then the layout, I'd streamline a bit

Top section
- Announcements
- Entrance/Exit Door (move how-to threads into this, with a good guide for navigation and such stickied, with links to other interesting threads contained within, like how to start an rpg etc.)

Second Section
- General
- Media (possibly move art into this.)
- Forum games.

Third section
Leave as it is apart from private and developmental. Probably put this into an "Other rpg's"

Forth section
- Character development (put all three current forum sections within as subforums)
- Fiction (have both long and short in the same section)
- Non-Fiction
- Poetry

Fifth section
- Competitions
- News (with php, you could have the portal plugin, you could stick your news on that like we do at AX)
- Dump.

The option of more forums or different forums is also available, if anyone thinks another forum should be added/changed.


As well, when we move, we will not have a free for all of posting threads from this forum, the user who posted the thread in the beginning, will have the chance to re-post their thread on the new forum. This applies especially to the forum games where the threads become to popular.

I have a feeling that it'll be done as a chapter. what has already been done will sorta be concluded to a point, then started again on the new forum, carrying on from the previous. Doing it this way will give opportunity for new characters to join, new plots planned etc.

The posts will be copied and pasted on the new forum as a story/previous chapter to the RP. Then you continue from whatever point you left off, or start a new RP.
