Insane Person's earning her admin status (sort of).
I've done a little bit of tinkering and I've enabled tagging, which may seem for the most part to be a superfluous function but it's perfect for inviting specific people to join an RP or bring their attention to a conversation that might interest them, among other things.
Demonstrating while announcing; I have also set up a word counter for the editor because [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] has mentioned wanting it.

You minght want to bug test that word counter, as its doubling up everything for me. Apparently, this is 44 words long.

So how do you tag? Just put @ before their name?

Yup, I had hoped the '@' might disappear and there'd just be the highlighted name, but oh well...

I don't know when the last time you looked into ir was and I don't my new know when the option came out, but I think it's a new feature. There also hashtags but I'm not really sure about that one. Dylan says he's seen another RP site use them and they can be useful but wha do you guys think?

I think it could be useful for certain things.
