A Pokemon Hybrid RP idea

Not based on or set in the same story-universe as my FanFic, but would anyone be open to a Pokemon Hybrid story. One where science is used by an evil team (Please suggest names, colour schemes and such) to merge humans and Pokemon in the plans to create super-soldiers to rule the world (I have a theme, don't I?)

Would anyone be interested? And would anyone be interested in taking and running the idea? Nathan said he would look into it, and I don't trust my computer and internet to allow me to keep posting
