ok it was born as a dog and after a minitue it open its eyes and it changed to something else that will reamain secreat till later and it ripped appart the doctors nurses and mother and father and anything else in the way was ripped appart if you want and idea of what it looked like watch elfen lied and you will understand the blood splatered every where once out side he changed into the first thing he saw which happened to be his brother at 20 after that killed him
its haunted him all his life because of the face he saw as he killed him
after that police arived at the scean they aimed and fired he just seamed to dissipear into the ground a few seconds later men became nothing but a pile of blood aronud the comandor till it apperaed infrount of him after all his men were compleatly gone like they never were there all it said was "you silly fool next time find out what your shooting at before fireing" the officer just noded his head and it dissipeared

the report was filed as confidental and forgoten in some cabnet the officer left the police and begain following him and soon found it in its true form the man was later found alive but gone insane mubleing something about dragons dogs and blood and a few other things it was never reported again

the only reason that he could do it was because he was in compleat controle of his body at the time and so could keep him self together takes a great amount of consentraion to turn into a liquid and stay alive and so many shape shifters only use turning into a liquid as a last resort only to save themself so really they very rarely turn themself into a liquid
