A zombie virus outbreak has started and you are on of the few survivors. What you decide to do is up to you. Make a huge safehouse with tons of other survivors, or maybe just keep to yourself in the woods.

Name: John Bright
Age: 31
Appearance: Short brown hair and dress shirt and pants. Usually wears a red tie.
Bio: A salesman before the zombies came. He had a small family, a wife, a daughter and a son. They had barricaded themselves in their home when zombies burst in and forced them to their bedroom. John held them of with his bat, but they were to much. The flesh eaters ate his family. He killed as many zombies as he could before he was forced to leap out the window. Sustaining a leg injury, he limped his way to Knox County.
Melee Weapon: Baseball bat, splintered and battered.

Appearance: Short cropped black hair, bright blue eyes, pale almost translucent skin, short, only five feet tall.
Bio: A student in a bigwig college, he found himself caught in a storm of bodies assailing his dorm. He managed to beat a few out of his room with a shower curtain rail but had to climb out of the fire escape when they broke down his door. From there, he hitchhiked to Knox County.
Melee Weapon: Shower Curtain Rod (big heavy metal bar)

Appearance: Shoulder length dark brown hair, bright blue eyes, wears glasses, lightly tanned skin. Wears worn navy blue pants (Now light grey), a red top and a black leather jacket
Bio: Just out of university and living by himself he was sitting at home reading when a man burst into his house, bleeding from multiple bites. The man explained that people were going crazy on the street and attacking people so Sebastian rushed to his room where he kept a Katana. When he came back he found the man dead on the ground, only he didn’t stay dead. To make matters worse Zombies began to crash through his windows the unlocked door. He fought his way out and headed to Knox County

Question: Are the zombies slow, blind and stupid. Hunting by sound. And die from headshots and trauma/damage to the brain and brain stem.
Or are they living infected, running screaming and die by getting shot in the chest like a normal person like in Left 4 Dead or 28 Days Later

We are going by the George Romero/Max Brooks zombies. So, yes we are going with the slow shufflers. But they are not blind...

Appearance: Dark, black trench-coat with hood, wears a gas-mask at all times, big yellow boots.

Background: Ex military personnel, lost his home, family and just about everything after the zombie apocalypse. Now he lives to survive. To kill the monsters that killed his family and to help any others on the way.

He is yet another lost soul.

Appearance: Short brown hair with long fringe, deep brown eyes, rich tan, dark grey shirt, navy blue shorts, blue sandals.

Background: Was here on a trip with cousin who was eaten. He doesn't trust a lot of people unless he knows he can. He lives for survival and to avenge his cousin. He'll help anyone in need unless they are being eaten or have been bitten.

Weapon: a revolver gun, 4 daggers and a shot gun.

Appearance: Olive complexion. Shoulder length, brunette hair worn in a braid. Athletic, sprinter type. Wears a full circle skirt that comes to just below the knees, with quarter length leggings, a tight-fitted graphic tee and flat ankle boots
Bio: Running her own career as a personal trainer, Hayley was on her way to her birthday celebration in the city when at the time of the zombie outbreak. Easily able to outrun the slow creature, she back ran home and to find a weapon. Unable to get a hold of any of her friends or family, she headed to Knox Country alone
Melee Weapon: Decorative Colt hunting knife (don't let the word 'decorative' fool you she could chop a hand off with this thing!)
