Nope, diamond among stones represents a shining point in a more or less insignificant landscape. Meaning they stand out from the rest of the members. I hope that that award will kinda prod people into being the best members they can me.

Diamond in the rough would represent someone special who has not yet perfected whatever it is they're good at, and do not stand out as a cut diamond would among rough diamonds, or regular stones.

I officially love you, man! Seals are my favorite animal, ever since I got kissed by one! I collect anything seal! Plushies, magnets, mugs, jewelry, a bottle opener, a candle... I probably have the biggest seal collection like, EVER! Lol...
